Just when we think we are cruising along nicely it constantly throws s**t at us which knocks us off course. Change for the better is always the best form but that is not always the case. Everyone has s*it to deal with and it's up to us to make the most of any situation we find ourselves in be it good or bad. It's not easy but we all have within us the belief and spirit to take on anything that gets thrown at us.
